As a non-profit organization, our Pop Warner football program relies on registration fees, fundraising, and sponsorships to cover essential costs. Some of our key expenses include:
• Equipment & Uniforms – Helmets, pants, jerseys, and practice gear to ensure player safety and compliance.
• Field & Facility Rentals – Fees for practice fields, game-day stadiums, and lights.
• Insurance & League Fees – Coverage for players and compliance with league requirements.
• Referees & Officials – Payments for certified game-day officials.
Your support through registration fees and fundraising helps us provide a safe and high-quality football experience for all players!
In a continuing effort to ensure that CPW players have access to the most current technology and equipment, we will continue to offer the reduced cost of tackle football registration and will require participants to purchase their own helmets, pants and shoulder pads. Helmets that were certified prior to 2023 need to be reconditioned before practice begins August 1st. Please contact the CPW equipment manager ASAP, as we will only have one group reconditioning order. The equipment you purchase will be yours to keep and can be used for future seasons.

2025 Age-Based Divisions (no weight restrictions)

A child's age on July 31, 2025 is her/his age for the season.
Teams will be created across all age divisions: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U
The divisions are subject to change based on WCC Pop Warner’s final determination based on numbers across all organizations.

PRACTICE INFORMATION
Practices will be 5 days per week starting the July 15th, 2025. Once games start towards the end of August/early September, practices will be 3 days per week with games on Saturdays.
PARENT VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
If you are new to Pop Warner, you will come to recognize that we are completely run by volunteers. Volunteer effort from every family is expected and necessary to make CPW a successful program. Please understand that minimum requirements will be asked of you as a parent with Pop Warner, which sets this sport apart from other sports like baseball or basketball. Every player and family matters. If you have any specific talents or desires, please offer them up to your team or the league. You are needed and are a very important aspect of this organization!
If you have a complaint or things are not being done as you feel they should be, please recognize that we are all volunteers, and just like you are trying to do our best for our kids. You may have something the league needs, so don’t hesitate to offer up your services. Never forget: This is a volunteer organization, and you will get out of the program what you are willing to put into it.
